I need to make this VERY CLEAR. There are new images I will start uploading today. These are images of horse AND rider! I took these images under contract / for pay as a photographer.
I don't work for a company, I wrote my own contracts.
The specific rules that I sign to that allow me to still offer these images as stock but only as restricted use stock are stated below so PLEASE READ THEM! They are:
You may NOT use for commercial purposes!!!! This is part of my contract!
HOWEVER: There are certain SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES where allowances can be made!
These include: If you remove the rider, if you alter the rider (particularly the face) so they are no longer recognizable, if you are using the image for an artwork such as you plan to sell in a gallery (only)...
HOWEVER (x2): you MUST show me and have it approved BEFORE using for these commercial purposes!
Does this make sense to everyone? I will try to specify on these images that they have these special rules attached to them...
